Accept, es sinónimo de heavy metal en su estado mas puro y con la seguridad de que siempre te dejarán prendido de al menos una que otra canción en casi todos sus discos. Si bien es cierto que ya no está Udo en las voces, la banda ha encontrado en Mark Tornillo la mejor forma de que los fans se olviden de su ex-vocalista. Y tal como lo demostró en el excelente "Blood of the nations", Tornillo consigue la voz de Udo e incluso explora otros matices para darle su sello, y éste nuevo lanzamiento mantiene la calidad del gran retorno que significó "Blood of the nations" en el 2010. Y para qué tratar de hacer otra cosa cuando lo que mas sabes hacer es buen y clásico heavy metal?, pues Accept no podría caer en ese error y su heavy metal es totalmente aplastante, manteniendo lo que uno espera escuchar en un disco de ellos: buenos y pesados riffs, los coros potentes con esas clásicas voces de fondo, solos melódicos, solos bien "metal", y una atmósfera totalmente 80's.
No quiero entrar en el canción por canción, el disco es totalmente bueno, usando la misma pero efectiva fórmula, distinguiéndose "Stalingrad" por tener bastantes momentos melódicos, "Shadow Soldiers" por darle el ingrediente épico y "Twist of fate" que es quizás la mas ochentera de todas, cuando escuches la intro serás transportado a la década del heavy metal. Por otro lado siempre están los infaltables y veloces actos como "Flash to bang time" y "The quick and the dead".
No hay más que decir, otro discazo de Accept, más que un deber, todos deben escuchar éste disco.
